On The Fly Story Slam has a busy summer ahead with three different slam series, and we hope we’ll see many of you around the Hudson Valley in the next few months. All our events are posted on social media, but we wanted to provide you with the full calendar of dates and themes. Join us this summer at The Stewart House in Athens, at Opus 40 in Saugerties, and of course, as always, at our beloved Avalon Lounge in Catskill. Lets have a summer filled with stories and community!

Join us on June 2 for the next On The Fly Story Slam at The Avalon Lounge in Catskill. The theme of the night is PRIDE. We can’t wait to hear your stories.

If you love coming to On The Fly Story Slam at The Avalon Lounge, you might be excited to know that we will be doing some extra slamming this summer at beautiful OPUS 40 in Saugerties for their Community Fridays starting June 10. Take the opportunity to roam the spectacular grounds, come tell a story and stay for some dancing. Check out their calendar for dates and stay tuned for information about the theme for each night. Some rather fantastic MOTHER NATURE stories at last night’s story slam. Thank you to everyone who came out to both tell and listen. Our friend Carter won the slam with a magnificent story about the nature of mothers – and how children prevail despite it… You can listen to her story and all the stories here.
