In the spirit of the upcoming Thanksgiving month, our November slam at The Avalon Lounge will feature stories with the theme COLD TURKEY. Come tell your 5-minute true life story or sit back and hear others tell theirs. $5 at the door.

Our final backyard story slam was lovely with so many fabulous Love Thy Neighbor stories, all of which you can listen to here in case you missed it. Next month, on October 5, we will be at our new home, The Avalon Lounge in Catskill, at 7pm. The theme will be Day of The Dead. Join us!

Hello Dear Story Lovers,
This weekend will be our final Backyard Story Slam in Tivoli. It’s been so beautiful and magical to be able to do these outdoor summer slams, and we are so thankful to those of you who’ve made each and every slam so special. Next month – and every month going forward – we will be back in Catskill at The Avalon Lounge on the first Thursday of every month. We will send out more info in the next few weeks. But first, please join us in Tivoli this Saturday for stories over the theme, LOVE THY NEIGHBOR. Come drop your name in the hat to tell a five-minute true story or sit back and listen in. Bring a blanket or a chair, enjoy Caitlin’s cookies and a glass of wine, and lets finish our the backyard series in style. 5pm, 52 Montgomery St in Tivoli. See you there!
